Oil & Fuel Absorbent Boom 1.2m have been designed to absorb hydrocarbon-based spills. They are suited for both Marine and Land based applications where oil and oil-based spills may occur.

Being hydrophobic (resist water) they do have the ability to float on water removing oils from the surface. They can also be placed around machines or drums to contain leaks. These socks have been manufactured with a poly spun bonded outer layer and a highly absorbent poly particulate fill that rapidly absorbs oils, fuels and hydrocarbons.
