Shipping
All goods can be collected from any of our distribution centres during business hours and or are shipped using general freight carriers and any such delivery once consigned to the freight company will be delivered subject to the freight companies delivery times and schedule and if Spillmaster Pty Ltd has provided you with an estimated delivery date, please be aware that this can change due to unforeseen circumstances and we will not accept any responsibility for late deliveries.
It is important we have full delivery details which include the delivery address, any special delivery instructions and a site contact and name to be provided when order is placed.
Deliveries can only be made to a site or address where truck access is available.
Most carriers will charge a redelivery fee if there was no one on site when they first attempted to deliver the goods. Any charges of this nature will be passed onto the customer. (please note payment of re delivery fee is required before goods are re delivered)
If you have instructed us to leave your order at an unattended address, we or the carrier will not be held responsible if the goods go missing.
Deliveries can only be made during business hours Monday to Friday and specified delivery times can be requested but cannot be guaranteed as any such delivery request is subject to the transport provider being able to deliver such request.
Any shipment that weighs over 20kg will need to be unloaded by a forklift. If there is no forklift available extra charges will apply for hand or tailgate unloads. Please contact us to obtain a freight estimate if this is required at info@spillmaster.com.au
Deliveries can only be made to a receiving area/loading dock and any other area is subject to the agreement of Spillmaster Pty Ltd.
Freight costs for any delivery can be provided by contacting info@spillmaster.com.au
Freight can be arranged by the customer and all details such as Transport company and con notes etc must be sent to info@spillmaster.com.au before goods can be released for pick up.
Spillmaster Lifetime Warranty
Spillmaster Lifetime Warranty applies only to the first user (buyer) of the product and must be used and stored in accordance with usage instructions. All contents of spill kits have a single use application.
Billing & Payment
Credit Card payments are handled through Square’s (https://squareup.com/au/en) payment system and no credit card details are kept by Spillmaster Pty Ltd.
Spillmaster Pty Ltd accepts the following payment methods :
- VISA
- Mastercard
- AMEX
- EFT Direct Payment Details will be provided on our Pro Forma Invoices
- Spillmaster does not pass on any bank surcharge for the use of debit or credit cards.

Return and Refund Policy
Returns or refunds are not accepted without prior written consent from Spillmaster Pty Ltd and any notice of damaged or missing goods must be notified to Spillmaster Pty Ltd in writing within 5 days of receipt of goods except where authority to leave at an unattended address was given and no such claim can be made.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and will only be accepted if the goods and packaging are received in an unused and original condition at the customer’s expense. Products specially manufactured, or made to the Customer’s specifications are not returnable.
It is the buyers responsibility to make sure the goods ordered are suitable for the class of materials to be stored.
Any goods that are found to be faulty upon delivery must be immediately brought to the attention of Spillmaster Pty Ltd by contacting us in writing ONLY at info@spillmaster.com.au
This must be within 5 business days of receipt of delivery.
Subject to receipt of photographic evidence and if deemed to be a manufacturing fault by Spillmaster Pty Ltd, we will elect to provide a part or replacement of goods at its sole discretion.
