Shipping Policy & Delivery Terms

Goods can be collected from any of our distribution centres during business hours, or shipped via general freight carriers. Once your order has been handed over to the freight company, delivery will be subject to their schedules and timelines. Any estimated delivery dates provided by Spillmaster Pty Ltd are indicative only and may change due to unforeseen circumstances. We do not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party freight carriers.

To ensure smooth delivery, it is essential that you provide accurate delivery information when placing your order. This includes the complete delivery address, any special instructions, and a site contact name and number.

Deliveries are made only to locations with suitable truck access. If the delivery driver cannot access the site or if no one is present to receive the goods, most carriers will charge a re-delivery fee, which must be paid by the customer before goods can be re-delivered.

If you have instructed us to leave the order at an unattended address, neither Spillmaster Pty Ltd nor the carrier will be liable for any loss or damage to the goods after delivery.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours. Specific delivery times may be requested but cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on the freight carrier’s schedule.

For shipments over 20kg, a forklift must be available for unloading. If a forklift is not available, additional charges will apply for tailgate or manual unloading. Please contact us for a freight estimate if required.

Deliveries are made to a receiving area/loading dock only. Delivery to other areas requires prior approval from Spillmaster Pty Ltd.

Freight costs will be calculated at checkout. If you prefer to arrange your own freight, you must provide all relevant transport details (e.g., carrier name, consignment note) before goods can be released.


Spillmaster Lifetime Warranty – Product Guarantee

Our Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers products used and stored in line with our instructions. Please note: all contents of spill kits are designed for single-use only.


Billing, Payment Options & Secure Transactions

All credit card transactions are securely processed via Square’s payment system. Spillmaster Pty Ltd does not store any credit card information.

We accept the following payment methods:

    • VISA
    • Mastercard
    • AMEX
    • EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) — details provided on Pro Forma Invoices.

No bank surcharges apply to credit or debit card payments.

Return Policy, Refund Process & Damaged Goods Claims

Returns and refunds are not accepted without prior written approval from Spillmaster Pty Ltd. Any claim for damaged or missing items must be made in writing within 5 business days of receiving the goods. No claims can be made for deliveries left at unattended addresses if prior authority was given.

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned unused and in original packaging, at the customer’s expense.
Custom-made or specially manufactured products cannot be returned.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all products ordered are suitable for the intended use and material type.

Faulty goods must be reported within 5 business days of delivery by emailing info@spillmaster.com.au with a description and photographic evidence. If the issue is deemed a manufacturing fault, we will offer a part or full replacement at our discretion.
