How can we pay?
First, we accept Visa, Master Card, Amex, and EFT payments. Additionally, we take Purchase Orders from Government Departments like schools and big projects. Thus, you have many payment options.

Shipping and Delivery FAQs

Where can you ship in Australia?
We ship everywhere in Australia, including Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Darwin, Perth, and Adelaide. In fact, we deliver from our warehouses Australia Wide. So, you’ll get your order fast.

Can you deliver to residential addresses?
Yes, we deliver to residential addresses. However, most shippers add a surcharge for these deliveries. For example, let us know ahead if your order goes to a home address. Then, we’ll add the freight surcharge to your invoice. You must pay it fully before we start delivery.

Do I need a forklift to accept goods?
Orders over 15kg go beyond manual handling rules, so we deliver them on a pallet. This includes our Safety Cabinet and Spill Kit range, plus mixed goods orders. Therefore, you must ensure you have a forklift for orders over 15kg. Or, we can send a tail lift truck for an extra fee to lower the pallet to the ground. Also, you’ll need a pallet jack or similar tool to move your goods. Finally, you must pay the freight surcharge fully before we start delivery.

How does shipping work?
We offer free shipping for orders over $2000 to metro areas in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth. But, for metro orders under $2000, we charge a delivery fee. Meanwhile, we calculate shipping costs for regional areas using the item’s weight, size, and distance from your address to our nearest warehouse.

How fast do you send my order?
We aim to send orders the same day or the next day after we receive them. As a result, you get your spill solutions quickly.

Order Management FAQs

Can I change my order?
To change your order, email us at info@spillmaster.com.au with your order number. Consequently, our team will help you right away.

Do I have to sign for my order?
Yes, a person at the delivery address must receive and sign for deliveries. Otherwise, we can’t leave goods without a signature.

Returns and Refunds FAQs

Can I return or refund my order?
We don’t accept product returns or refunds without Spillmaster’s prior written consent. First, you must know the specs of the products you need and ensure they suit your purpose. Since we make dangerous goods cabinets to order, you can’t return or refund them. However, if we accept a return, you’ll cover the cost of shipping items back. Can I return faulty or damaged goods?
If goods arrive faulty, you can return them for a replacement. For instance, notify our customer service team within 5 business days of receiving them.
