What is Spillmaster Lifetime Warranty? We are so confident in our products not only being the best solution for any spill we are backing this with our Lifetime Warranty on the contents of any spill kit.

How can we pay?  We happily accept Visa, Master Card, Amex, Payment via EFT and we accept Purchase Orders from Government Departments such as schools etc and Large infrastructure projects.

Shipping, wherever you’re based – including Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Darwin, Perth, Adelaide, and everywhere in-between – we can deliver from our warehouses in Brisbane and Perth.

Can you deliver to residential addresses? Yes, we can deliver to residential addresses. Please note that most commercial shippers charge a surcharge for residential deliveries. Inform us in advance if your order is being delivered to a residential address. The freight surcharge will be added to your invoice and must be paid in full before the delivery process begins.

Do I need a forklift to accept goods? Orders heavier than 15kg exceed accepted manual handling standards and will be delivered on a pallet. This includes our entire Safety Cabinet and Spill Kit range, as well as orders of mixed goods. It is your responsibility to ensure you have access to a forklift for orders over 15kg. Alternatively, we can arrange a tail lift truck (at an additional charge) to lower the pallet to ground level. You will also need a pallet jack (or similar) to move your goods. The freight surcharge must be paid in full before the delivery process begins.

How is shipping calculated? Shipping is free for orders over $2000 delivered to metropolitan areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth. For metro orders under $2000, there is a delivery fee. Shipping costs for regional areas are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the item(s) and the distance between the delivery address and the nearest warehouse location.

How quickly will you dispatch my order? We aim to dispatch orders the same day or the next day after receiving them.

Can I update or edit my order? To update or edit your order, email us at info@spillmaster.com.au with your order number. Our team will assist you as soon as possible.

Do I have to sign for my order? Yes, deliveries must be received and signed for by a person at the delivery address. We cannot leave goods unattended.

Can I return and refund my order? Product returns and refunds are not accepted without prior written consent from Spillmaster. It is the customer’s responsibility to know the specifications of the required products and ensure they are fit for purpose. Dangerous goods cabinets are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded. If returns are accepted, the cost of returning items will be at the customer’s expense. Can I return faulty or damaged goods? If goods are faulty upon delivery, they can be returned and replaced if our customer service team is notified within 5 business days of receipt.
