Shipping & Delivery
At Spillmaster, we deliver Australia-wide using reliable freight carriers. Customers also have the option to collect goods from our distribution centres during business hours. To avoid delays, please provide complete delivery information when placing your order. This includes your full delivery address, contact person details, and any special instructions.
Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Friday during normal business hours. For orders over 20kg, a forklift must be available onsite to assist with unloading. If a forklift isn’t available, manual handling or tailgate unloading will incur extra charges.
Goods are delivered to the receiving area or loading dock only. If delivery is required to another location onsite, this must be approved by Spillmaster prior to dispatch. If the driver is unable to access the site or if no one is present to accept the goods, redelivery fees may apply.
Customers who request unattended deliveries accept all risks. Spillmaster and its freight providers are not responsible for lost or damaged items after delivery has occurred.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If you choose to arrange your own freight, we require full transport details before the order is released.
Spillmaster Lifetime Warranty
We proudly offer a Lifetime Warranty on our products to the original purchaser, provided the items are used and stored according to our guidelines. Please note that absorbent contents in spill kits are designed for single-use only and are not covered by warranty once used.
Payment & Billing
All transactions are securely processed using Square’s payment system. Spillmaster does not store credit card information. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and EFT (electronic bank transfers). Bank details are supplied on Pro Forma invoices. There are no surcharges on credit or debit card payments.
Returns, Refunds & Damaged Goods
Spillmaster does not accept change-of-mind returns. Returns will only be processed with prior written approval. All return requests must be lodged within five business days of delivery.
Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, and shipped at the customer’s expense. Custom-made and special-order products are not eligible for return.
If goods arrive damaged or faulty, notify us within five business days by emailing info@spillmaster.com.au with a clear description and supporting photos. If the issue is deemed a manufacturing fault, we will offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

While we aim for total accuracy, Spillmaster is not responsible for typographical errors or delivery delays caused by third-party freight carriers.
